Our lovingly furnished holiday apartment “Landleben” on the first floor is ideal for two guests and offers a perfect blend of comfort, functionality, and rural charm. The apartment is divided into a living area and a sleeping area. In the living area, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchenette with everything you need for cooking – whether it’s a quick breakfast or a full multi-course dinner. A washing machine and a cozy dining area for two are also at your disposal. The sleeping area is discreetly separated from the living space by a spacious wardrobe and features a comfortable double bed that invites you to relax and unwind. In the entrance area, there is now a sofa bed with a small table – a comfortable spot for reading, relaxing, or as an additional sleeping option, if needed. From the shared hallway, you also have access to our large balcony with stunning views of the Zettersfeld – perfect for soaking up the sun or simply enjoying the fresh mountain air.

The guest has the right to move into the rooms from 14.00 on the agreed day.
On the day of departure the guest has to vacate the rented rooms by 12.00 o'clock at the latest.
If a room is used for the first time before 6.00 a.m., the previous night counts as the first night.
